The apartment
This is a spacious studio, specially designed to make the most out its space and divided into two separate rooms, giving the bedroom where the queen size bed is located much privacy.
Given the fact that the building is very new, its apartments are very modern and bright!
The room that is set up as a living room / dining room, has a table and chairs for 2 and a very comfortable couch. The adjacent space has two single beds that can form a queen size bed and a large armoir with mirrored doors.
The wide balcony is shared by both rooms and can also be accessed on both ends through sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is quite modern and its appliances are all electric. The bathroom is also brand new and it has everything you need.
The building itself offers great exclusive amenities for its guests such as a pool and a barbacue.

Lately this neighbourhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active nightlife.
This neighbourhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producers´ studios that began to settle around this area in the mid-nineties, together with local celebrities. It is Juan B. Justo Avenue the one which divides this area into Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.
