Because of its structure, it is more like a house than an apartment.
Located on the ground floor of an old classic building in Palermo, the apartment is reached by a corridor.
The first room that is accessed is a courtyard of the department, which has a table. It is the traditional arrangement of "PH" from Buenos Aires: All the rooms (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen) overlook the courtyard.
The kitchen is small but complete and the bathroom has been all made new. The rooms are decorated with simplicity and dedication, the beds can be put together in order to make up a double bed or they can be kept apart.
