These are large studio apartments with queen-size beds that can also be divided into 2 single beds. They also have a double sofa bed for a third guest. This makes the apartment ideal for a couple or friends.

It is located in Palermo ¨Hollywood¨, an area of Palermo limited by Juan B, Justo Avenue, Córdoba Avenue, Dorrego Avenue and Santa Fe Avenue. This trendy area has been called Hollywood because of the TV companies and advertising agencies that were established there in the nineties. Nowadays, this part of the city is well known because of its several restaurants, bars and discos.

Palermo Hollywood

Lately this neighbourhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active nightlife. This neighbourhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producers´ studios that began to settle around this area in the mid-nineties, together with local celebrities. It is Juan B. Justo Avenue the one which divides this area into Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.
