The Apartment
This stylish 2-storey house is amazingly fresh and well designed. Every room has its own mood and has been decorated with a great sense of aesthetics.
The house has been designed to hold up to 6 guests with great comfort and space. Its huge surface is divided into; a wonderful kitchen, a dining-living room and 3 large bedrooms. The elegance and style displayed in this apartment is thrilling and will surely dazzle anyone that stays here. All the commodities necessary to have a pleasant and comfortable stay have been taken care of including WIFI, a large plasma TV set with cable and air conditioning in every room.
On the ground floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, one of them has a king size bed, and the other a queen size bed. Each one has its own private bathroom.
On the first floor, there is large room which can either be used as another bedroom with 2 single beds, or otherwise a living room turning the beds into 2 large sofas. There is also another bathroom on this floor!
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and they're all well distributed. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor terrace with plenty of fresh air in the middle of the town!
Note: weekly cleaning service is included for stays over 6 nights.

Lately this neighbourhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active nightlife.
This neighbourhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producers´ studios that began to settle around this area in the mid-nineties, together with local celebrities. It is Juan B. Justo Avenue the one which divides this area into Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.
