In a new building that was recently constructed in July of 2009, this Studio apartment was specifically designed to house tourist looping for a first class location. Carefully decorated, warm and comfortable. Although it is just one room, it can sleep up to 3 people, with one queen-size bed and one single bed that folds out of the couch. Everything in the apartment is state-of-the-art. You will find air-conditioning, internet, a landline for local calls, TV with cable, DVD player, safe box and an optional daily cleaning service.
Bathroom is spacious, with bathtub and shower.
Kitchen comes fully equipped, everything in it modern and new. It has everything you might need: Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Set of dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, Tupperware and all cooking utensils...
Given its location on the 8th floor, this apartment is quite bright. It has a balcony to enjoy the fresh air and, on top f that, it is located away from the street, making it a quiet space.
This apartment was carefully decorated aiming for quality and comfort. It is located right in the middle of the neighborhood of tango with shows and other related activities associated with the city of Buenos Aires. It is also close to restaurants, movie theatres, libraries, shopping malls, grocery stores, cultural centers, banks, and ATMs. It is just one block from the crossing of the streets of Cordoba and Pueyrredón, where you will find instant access to the subway and many bus lines. It is also just a couple of blocks from some of the principal attractions of the city: Recoleta, the obelisk, the mythic Teatro Colon and the street of Florida.
