The hotel is a historic building that was originally built in 1902 to deposit grains that later were to be exported. It then became a residence with luxury suites and 83 apartments. The common areas are shared between the hotel guests and the permanent residents.
The building itself has many incredible amenities, such as a restaurant, poolside bar, library lounge, a bistro, a hall for dinners and wine tastings, a performance space, its own boutique, a gym, a large sauna, a Jacuzzi, parking spaces and meeting rooms.
