The hotel is a historic building that was originally built in 1902 to deposit grains that later were to be exported. It then became a residence with luxury suites and 83 apartments. The common areas are shared between the hotel guests and the permanent residents.
The building itself has many incredible amenities, such as a restaurant, poolside bar, library lounge, a bistro, a hall for dinners and wine tastings, a performance space, its own boutique, a gym, a large sauna, a Jacuzzi, parking spaces and meeting rooms. Luckily, the apartment has access to all of these services, making your stay even more luxurious.
This apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom suite with large kitchen/dining room. You can take advantage of the best utilities to cook and eat with friends and family. The living room is lovely with its all white design. It also has a great view of the area from the patio. It can house up to 3 people with a queen-size bed and an extra single sofa bed. The kitchen is completely decked out with a gas hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer, washing machine, and place settings for 4 people.
The apartment has two LCD screen TVs with cable, CD and DVD players, internet, a landline telephone for local calls, central heating and a weekly cleaning service. The apartment also comes with its own parking spot.
