Buena localizacion, segurança, privacidad, edifício historico bien conservado, ambientes (planta) no convencional que lo torna un depto de personalidad, decoracion sencilla y hermosa, muy buena calidad de la ropa blanca, buena iluminacion, bueno aislamento sonoro, wifi banda ancha, aire condicionado.
