This apartment is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, a popular neighborhood for chic restaurants and incredible shopping.

The building is just a few feet from Santa Fe Ave. with access to multiple means of transportation, including the subway.

The penthouse-style apartment consists of two floors with capacity for two people. A third person can also sleep on the couch in special cases.

The first floor is has a balcony that has a 360 º degree view of the entire city. This is definitely the standout feature of the apartment. There is even a telescope! The floor-to-ceiling windows not only allow for a view in any direction, they also fill the apartment with natural light. In this area you will find the living room and the integrated kitchen. There is also a half-bath on this floor. The living room has a dining space with table and chairs and a comfortable sofa for relaxing. Everything piece is exclusively top-of-the-line and perfectly designed. The apartment comes equipped with a plasma TV, Wifi, a landline for local calls, and Ipod station and air conditioning.

The bedroom and the full bathroom are on the suite on the second floor. If you go up a couple more steps, is a private terrace with an incredible view all the way to the river, Rio de la Plata. In this area you will also find the washing machine and barbecue where you can cook an Argentinean barbecue!

The building includes all of the amenities: a pool, a gym and 24-hour security.

It is not by chance that this BA bohemian neighbourhood earned its name Soho.
