This two bedroom apartment is located in the neighborhood of Palermo, just blocks from Plaza Serrano, an area known for great bars and chic shops.



It was recently remodeled, giving it a very bright and modern feel. The tasteful décor include white furniture, walls with terra cotta accents, and bright paintings.

Sleeps up to four people. The master bedroom has a double bed, huge built-in wardrobes and a large window. There is also a built-in desk to use as a workspace. The second bedroom has two twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and access to a second, smaller patio area. The building is notable due to the fact that there are only a few apartments in the building. This makes it feels more like a condominium or a townhouse.

The modern kitchen has granite countertops and new appliances, including microwave, toaster, electric kettle and even a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a small dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The living room has two sofas, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. Through the living room you have access to the covered patio, which is ideal for relaxing or eating. The apartment has one full bathroom with all new fixtures.

In the apartment you will have internet, cable television, air conditioning, a safe, and also a weekly maid service. This is perfect for someone who wants to have a comfortable stay in a fun part of the city.

    Luego de recorrer diferentes zonas de Buenos Aires, el apartamento queda en la mejor de todas. Queda a 1 cuadra de todos los mejores bares y boliches. Además, queda a 5 minutos de todos los outlets donde se puede conseguir de todas las marcas a muy buenos precios.   El apartamento es completamente comodo, seguro, con un buen televisor, cocina amplia y con todos los implementos. Los cuartos son muy buenos y las camas cómodas.  Tiene agua caliente todo el tiempo, y una terraza muy agradable. Luis, Colombia 16 June 2010

    Todo, la ubicación,cerca al zoologico, restaurantes,centros comerciales,outlets, a pesar de que algunas personas podrian considerar que el sector es ruidoso no tuvimos ningun inconveniente a la hora de conciliar el descanso, sin duda Palermo es un excelente vividero Jose David, Colombia 15 December 2009
