This grand fully renovated luxury apartment is conveniently positioned close to the Recoleta cemetery, Alvear Ave., cafes, restaurants, shops, and boutiques.

This 1940’s French style apartment has been restored to its former classical beauty with a contemporary touch. The highest quality materials have been used in this extensive refurbishment such as the stunning lapacho parquet flooring and carrara marble bathroom. This portered apartment is exceptionally comfortable and functional, equipped with fine furniture, air-conditioning in each room, WI-FI business centre, HD LCD TV and DVD in the TV room. It has four metre high ceilings, customised joinery, original art and luxury furnishings and fittings.

Unique for Recoleta, this up-market apartment of 106 sqm, is very spacious and has a large landscaped private garden and terrace of over 166 sqm. This wonderful garden makes it undoubtedly a one of a kind property.

There is only one apartment per floor and the property is located away from the street, so it is the ideal alternative for those who desire a tranquil environment and is suitable for both a shorter or longer-term stay.

Both bedrooms feature a king size bed and both face the garden. There are two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite with the master bedroom.

The walnut open-plan kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Right behind the kitchen, there’s a laundry room with a washing/drying machine.

The dining room features an extendable table with 6 leather chairs, more than comfortable for guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY COMPRISES A BEAUTIFUL AND LARGE GARDEN THAT NEEDS WATERING UP TO 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK. THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALLOW A GARDENER ACCCESS FOR THIS PURPOSE AT AGREED TIMES.

Weekly cleaning service is included for over 6-nights stays.
Note: For stays betweeen 2 weeks and a month, the refundable security deposit will be US$ 2.000.

Very comfortable beds and furniture. Great backyard. Perfect location. We liked everything. This is the 4th time we've used Friendly Rentals and all of our stays have been amazing. Twice in Barcelona, once in Sitges and now in Buenos Aires. The only reaon I put a "four" as opposed to a 5 on "well equipped" was because the washer/dryer was broken when we arrived and the air conditioning in one bedroom had operational issues. WE WOULD STAY AT THE ZEN APARTMENT AGAIN, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Thank you and say "Hi" to Angela (and Buffy) in Barcelona. We tell our friends to use Friendly Rentals.
