The area surrounding the apartment
It is not by chance that this Buenos Aires bohemian neighborhood earned its name Soho. The creative spirit you feel in its streets gives this place a very unique style: avant-garde design, fashion and art contrasted with old, attractive recycled houses which hold art galleries, restaurants and bars for everybody´s taste; a central meeting point for tourists and “porteños”. It’s not only an active, busy and lively neighborhood, Palermo Viejo is also ideal to get to know the city because of the proximity and easy access, through many buses and the subway to other relevant places in town.
The apartment
This is a spacious studio, specially designed to make the most out its space and divided into two separate rooms, giving the bedroom where the queen size bed is located much privacy.
Given the fact that the building is very new, its apartments are very modern and bright!
The room that is set up as a living room / dining room, has a table and chairs for 2 and a very comfortable couch. The adjacent space has a queen size bed and a large armoir with mirrored doors.
The wide balcony is shared by both rooms and can also be accessed on both ends through sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is quite modern and its appliances are all electric. The bathroom is also brand new and it has everything you need.
The building itself offers great exclusive amenities for its guests such as a pool and a gym.

One of the ¨coolest¨ districts, which offers an active night life around Plaza Cortázar and Plaza Armenia. This district holds the area known as Palermo Hollywood which owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producers´ studios.
