The loft-style apartment is in a newly constructed building with many amenities. The upper floor has a queen-size bed, closet and full bathroom. The lower floor consists of the kitchen, living room area, and a second smaller bathroom with a shower. This level also has access to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. Separated by a breakfast bar, the living room area has a dining table for 4 people, a sofa bed and a television. The apartment also has double-glazed windows to ensure insulation and a quiet stay.

The apartment comes with air-conditioning and heat, a safe, 32 inch LCD TV with cable, DVD player, wireless internet, and a landline telephone for local calls.
