This apartment is in the middle of the neighborhood of Recoleta, a few feet from Pueyrredon Ave. and two blocks from Santa Fe Ave. Here, you also have access to the D subway allowing for easy and fast travel to downtown Buenos Aires.

The apartment has two floors, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a spacious apartment.

The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, that sleep up to 5 people. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, a full bathroom and dressing area. The second bedroom has twin beds -one stored under the other when not in use - which allows for more space during the day. The TV room has access to the private deck where you can enjoy the sun and the incredible view from the 7th floor of the building.

The first floor has an open plan living/dining room, with chairs and a sofa on one side and a dining table for 6 on the other. From this area there is also a balcony with a view of the street below.

For even more comfort, the first floor has a half bathroom.

The totally equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and many other typical kitchen accessories.
