These apartments are located on the street of Cabildo on the border of two popular neighbourhoods, las Cañitas and Palermo Hollywood. These two areas are full of shops, bars and restaurants making them some of the most sought after locations in the city.
The apartment:
These are large studio apartments with queen-size beds that can be devided into 2 single beds. This makes the apartment ideal for a couple or friends. It has a black and white design that emphasizes clean lines and simplicity. The studio also has kitchen area with all the necessities and a full bathroom.
One of the most eye-catching elements of this apartment is the balcony. There are floor to ceiling windows.
The apartments have air-conditioning, cable television, a safe for valuables, a landline telephone for local calls and a weekly maid service. The building itself also has a sundeck on the roof. If necessary, there are additional cleaning services and a laundry service available as well.

Cañitas
Cañitas is a neighbourhood located right between Palermo and Belgrano. An area of modern buildings, lofts and streets lined with trees. Cañitas is well known for its gourmet restaurants. Happy hour, dinner, oriental and Mediterranean food; locals and tourists consider Cañitas the new gourmet neighbourhood one of the coolest areas among "porteño" young people and fine cuisine lovers. A Saturday night meeting point.
What makes Cañitas so special is its calm and residential atmosphere during the day. Only a few minutes walking distance from Palermo Parks, a large green area where recreational activities take place, mainly on weekends.

The apartment was airy and bright; quite comfortable and pleasantly quiet! The surrounding area is interesting to explore and the proximity to bustling Cabildo/Santa Fe, las Canitas, and Palermo make the apartment shine. The apartment official and the Friendly Rentals representatives were also very cordial and helpful; altogether a very comfortable apartment and experience.
