This luminous apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One room contains a queen-size bed and the other has a single bed that also functions as a couch. Both have access to a wrap-around balcony with a beatiful view of the neighborhood. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with shower/bathtub combination. There is also incredible storage space (in the style of a walk-in closet) outside one of the bathrooms.

The common area is one large space that contains the kitchen, dining area, and living room, and then continues to the balcony. The kitchen has all the necessities with a gas oven and stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, and even an ironing board and iron. As you continue through a partition, the dining area has room for six and there are couches and lounge chairs. The apartment comfortably houses three people, but with the spacious common area you will be able to entertain friends.

The apartment building is quite modern with many amenities, including security at the front door. The roof has an incredible pool and sun deck. It even has a rooftop barbeque area. Here you can cook some of the famous Argentine meat on your own with friends on a hot day. The apartment itself also has cable TV and DVD player, air-conditioning, a stereo, wireless internet, and even a weekly maid service.

It is all about location! This apartment is located in the heart of the upscale neighborhood of Recoleta. Multiple bus lines and taxis are at your doorstep and you are just a couple of blocks away from the D line of the subway. The Recoleta cemetary, Plaza Francia, flea markets, the MALBA (modern art museum), and numerous cafes and bars are within walking distance. It is also just around the corner from a Freddo ice cream shop, where you can get some of the best italian-style ice cream you have ever tasted. You could spend a week just visiting all the sites located around this apartment, so plan ahead!
