This apartment is a two-story loft found on the first floor of a classic building. It has a modern design and is decorated with detail.

On the first floor of the apartment you will find the completely equipped kitchen connected to the living room. This room has a large sofa, coffee table and two comfortable chairs. There is also a small dinning area fit for up to four people. The apartment also has a small outdoor patio area that connects all of the rooms to each other.

Going up the stairs leads to the bedroom suite with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. It really allows to have two completely separate spaces in the apartment, one more intimate than the other.

The apartment and location are ideal for people looking to live in Buenos Aires with more exclusivity and all the necessities to have a great time.
