The apartment is just a three minutes walk away from Alvear Avenue –Buenos Aires´Fifth Av.- where the most prestigious international brands have their business. You´ll also be very near the emblematic 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest one in the World where the Obelisc stands.
Walking just a few blocks you´ll reach the Recoleta Park with its typical Parisian style, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, urban artists and the city´s main museums.

The apartment:

This apartment is in an elegant classic style building. It was recently refurbished and has been equipped with modern and high quality furniture.
Up to four people can be comfortably accommodated: there are two bedrooms –one of them with queen-size bed and the other one with two single beds-. The bathroom is complete, with bathtub.
The full kitchen is open and separated from the living room by a modern bar with stools. There is also a collapsible table and chairs (very easy to unfold). for those who prefer to sit at a table.
The living room is inviting for relaxing moments, equipped with a big couch, plasma cable TV, DVD, air conditioning, etc.
For those travelling with their lap-tops there is a desk where the Internet connection is. The apartment has a laundry space with washing machine too.
