This area is just next to Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood and is now an extention of them leaving behind those days of traditional residencial neighbourhoods, becoming another gathering point with a variety of restaurantes, pubs, shops and cultural life.
The apartment is just one block away from Corrientes Avenue where subway, many bus lines and cabs go by at any time.


The apartment:

This is a modern 50m2 duplex. Although there are no doors which separate rooms, the bedroom is on the top floor having total privacy from the rest of the apartment. There is room for an individual bed as well, which can be placed if required, so the apartment can hold up to three people. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor.
There is also a nice balcony and a great window which makes the loft totally luminous.
