The Recoleta Park is also very near, surrounded by the most important museums which make this area very well known for its culture. And meters away from the apartment is the Alvear Av., focus of haute couture where worldwide famous brands have their business.

Walking along the streets of the neighbourhood you´ll pass by antique buildings –samples of the great XX century European architecture- which together with large parks and sophisticated restaurants, make Recoleta a really glamorous area. Even its cemetery is a well visited point where celebrities such as Evita Perón rest.

It has a large living-dining room that transmits a relaxing atmosphere; luminous, with access to a balcony. The kitchen is integrated to the living room and includes modern design equipment.
There are two rooms; the main room has a king-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom en-suite. The second room contains a single bed and a desk; the second bathroom comes with a shower.
The apartment can accomodate up to three people.
