Located near the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant and exciting area of Buenos Aires, just blocks from the Botanical Gardens, and Palermo Zoo.

Only 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway station (line "D") that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour of the day or night.


The Apartment:-
It is spacious with over 430 sq. feet (40 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to it’s superior location on the 16th Floor of the building. The view of the city both day and night is breathtaking with unobstructed views of the City and skyline.

The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in September 2009. The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security guards, 5 modern elevators, pool and gym. It is one of the most upscale buildings in Palermo. The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out.

There is a balcony off the bedroom to enjoy the incredible view and get some fresh air. There is a 32' LCD TV that can be used both in the bedroom and living room in a specially designed room divider so you have total privacy in the bedroom. The TV swivels around to be used on either side so when there is a TV on one side the other has a mirror. There is also a sliding door between the kitchen that gives total privacy.
