Located in the centre of the city, a few metres from 9 de Julio Avenue and Corrientes.

Centrally situated, right in the Heart of the city´s downtown. Metres away from the Obelisk, 9 de Julio, Corrientes and 25 de Mayo Avenues and Florida pedestrian St.

You´ll be surrounded by the real porteño spirit: tango shows, theatres, cinemas, parrillas–barbeque restaurants and typical cafés. This is the place to find out why BA is called the city that never sleeps!

The access in public transportation is great, subway station, cabs and bus stops only steps away from the building entrance.

The Apartment:

This apartment combines the original style of a classical city building - high ceilings, wooden beams and colonial atmosphere - with artistic good taste and touches of contemporary modern design - specially in the kitchen and bathroom.
The rooms are spacious, loft style design, with a living-dining room, an open kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom area - please note this is enclosed. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room, which opens up into a double sofa bed enabling four people to be accomodated in the apartment.
There is complete modernbathroom which comes with fresh towels ready for use on arrival.
