A cosy two bedroom apartment in an ideal location in Palermo. Subway, buses, taxis, restaurants, cafés, shopping mall and parks, everything walking distance!
The area surrounding the apartment:
A perfect location if you want to be close to everything you´ll need: 50 metres away from the Alto Palermo Shopping Mall and the Bulnes subway station over Santa Fé Avenue.
Walking distance there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, cinemas and all kinas of business. From this point you´ll easily reach anywhere in the city you wish to go.
This neighbourhood is just next to Recoleta and Palermo Soho area.
And for those looking for some fresh air, a few blocks away the apartment is the beautiful Las Heras Park, the Botanical Garden and Palermo Parks as well.
The apartment:
It´s a cosy two-bedroom apartment that will make feel at ease. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the other one, two single beds. The bathroom is complete.
In spite of being in such a central location the apartment is rear façade, so it´s totally silent. You´ll be able to relax is in the living room –equipped with cable TV, DVD, Internet, etc- or enjoy meals at home –there is a dinning table for tour and a fully equipped kitchen-.
