Belgrano neighbourhood has been once Argentina´s Capital. Nowadays it´s an area chosen to love in by many porteños due to its proximity and easy access to the city´s centre.

Belgrano has a residential area with wide streets full of tress, parks and chalets, many of English style since it´s around this zone where many English immigrants settled.
It also has an important commercial pole concentrated mainly along Cabildo Av. Where the subway and many bus lines go by.

The apartment is perfectly located, just half a block away Olleros subway station from where it takes just 5 minutes to get to Palermo area and 15 minutes downtown. You´ll also be walking distance from Las Cañitas –area which is well known for its night life, great variety of restaurants and design shops-.
