At a few minutes walking distance, you will find the Botanical Gardens and the beautiful and relaxing Palermo Woods, huge green areas with beautiful lakes, where you can enjoy time in the sun and fresh air.
From the apartment it is very easy to reach any point of interest in the city. The apartment is located only some blocks away from Plaza Italia, on Santa Fe Avenue, one of the central transport knots (subway, buses, taxis) with the greatest movement of people in all directions.
Within a five minutes walk you will reach Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, districts best known for the originality of its bars and restaurants and the innovative design and fashion stores.

It can accomodate up to three people. It has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The living room has a "loft style", with a dining room and open kitchen. Large windows connect this room with a spectacular balcony overlooking a typical "porteño" street.
The bathroom is comes with shower, sink, wc, etc and has fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in both rooms, cable TV, DVD, telephone, internet, etc.
