This charming Studio apartment is very modern and luminous, in a building with a swimming pool and terrace in the heart of Palermo Soho.
The area surrounding the apartment:
Located in Palermo Soho, named due to its bohemian atmosphere, two blocks away from Plaza Serrano -the area´s central point- surrounded by bars, restaurants, ateliers, art galleries, theatres, fashion and design shops.
This area concentrates the avant-garde of design, combined with vestiges of antique BA, such as its lovely passages where some of the most exclusive houses -which still maintain the original façade- are.
Public transportation access is excellent, since it´s a few blocks from Plaza Italia –on Santa Fe Av.- one of the more busy places in the city and where subway, taxis and buses pass by.
Just a five minutes walk and you´ll be in Palermo Hollywood, which owes its name to the amount of tv and cinema studios, radios and production companies that settled there.
It is also known for the quality of its bars and restaurants with gourmet cuisine.
The apartment
Great Studio apartment, totally modern and luminous, with a minimalist and simple style. It has a lovely balcony and a swimming pool in the building´s terrace as well.
There is a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom corner with queen size bed and one complete bathroom with shower and bathtub. Wide closets and moving tables and chairs in the living room as well as many amenities such as shared laundry facilities on the top floor, internet, mobile phone, tv, etc.

Palermo Soho
It is not by chance that this BA bohemian neighbourhood earned its name Soho. The creative spirit you feel in its streets gives this place a very unique style: avant-garde design, fashion and art contrast with old, attractive recycled houses which hold art galleries, restaurants and bars. One of the ¨coolest¨ districts, which offers an active night life around Plaza Cortázar and Plaza Armenia. This district holds the area known as Palermo Hollywood which owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producers´ studios.
Besides being such an active, busy and lively neighbourhood, Palermo Viejo is also ideal for the proximity and easy access to other relevant places in town.

le site de l'appart etait vraiment bien, un immeuble tout à fait sécuritaire et tranquilité absolu. Lit confortable, belle luminosité, espace de rangement plus que la moyenne des appartement de location que nous avons déjà eu. Il est très agréable de vivre dans cet appartement où l'espace est bien réparti et les matériaux choisis sont de bon goût et accueillants.

The flat was well located, and it was very modern and clean. Also, the staff (guys) from friendly rentals was very friendly :) and we were glad they helped us out with the logistics of our arrival and departure. It was our first time, but we liked our experience renting a flat.
