Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia.
This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producers´ studios.
