This area is just next to Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood and is now an extention of them leaving behind those days of traditional residencial neighbourhoods, becoming another gathering point with a variety of restaurantes, pubs, shops and cultural life.
The apartment is just two block away from Corrientes Avenue where subway, many bus lines and cabs go by at any time.

This two-storey house can accommodate four people, offering absolute comfort. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is very luminous, all rooms have big windows with open views towards the lovely patio –which has a grill for those willing to prepare a typical argentine bbq!-.
The loft style ground floor features a spacious living and dining room, an integrated fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms –one with a bathtub and the other with shower. The bedrooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second one has two single beds, both with spacious closets.
The house comes completely equipped and prepared to make your stay very relaxing.
