Parque La Heras is an attractive, large green space in the heart of Palermo neighborhood. Many elegant buildings have been built around this area taking advantage of its six hectares of green and trees.

It is also one of the central points of Buenos Aires, excellent access to nearby cinemas, restaurants and shopping malls such as the well known Alto Palermo on Santa Fe Avenue. This avenue has some impressive, European style buildings which offer a great number of design, fashion and book shops.

The Apartment:

A modern and elegant apartment which stands out for its luminous, large and comfortable rooms. The stylish building has a swimming pool, deck, terrace and a ¨parrilla¨ (grill) where you can try making your first typical ¨asado¨ or barbecue!

It can hold up to four people distributed in a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa/bed. The living room is ample and bright, as it has access to the balcony through large sliding windows. There is a dining space with a table for four. A complete and fully equipped bathroom connected to the bedroom.

The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has all the necessary devices, and to make you feel totally at home the apartment has a TV set, DVD, internet, telephone line and air conditioner.

NOTE: This apartment is recommended for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). In case you are all adults, we suggest it for 3 people.
