Turistic bus
The service offered by Bus Túristico provides a very safe and efficient way to discover the city. You can begin and end your trip at any of the bus stops established along the different routes. Hop on and off as many times during the day as you wish, the ticket is valid for 24 hours. Visit what is of interest to you and continue your route with total freedom. Bus Túristico helps you make the most of your visit.




Cable railway
The Artxanda cable railway links the Plaza del Funicular with Monte Artxanda. From there you can see beautiful views of the entire city of Bilbao and the mouth of the Bilbao River.
The railway operates on weekdays every 15 minutes from 7:15am until 22:00pm.
On bank holidays and weekends it operates every 15 minutes from 08:15am until 22:00pm.


The tourist boat services offer a different perspective of the city of Bilbao, from the heart of the town: the Nervion River, a unique way of discovering the past and future of Bilbao. They offer optional audio guides in different languages with en-route explanations of history, buildings, bridges and other constructions.

On foot / Bilbao Walking tours

Bilbao Turismo suggests that you discover Bilbao on foot, accompanied by a professional guide along two interesting routes: The Old Quarter and the Ensanche-Abandoibarra District. Each tour is approximately 90 minutes long and is available all year.


As part of its redevelopment, Bilbao has chosen to promote environmentally friendly means of transport that help reduce congestion. In doing this “biddegorris” cycle lanes have become important as a quick and easy way around the city or to simply take a ride.
