This is an attic apartment with a large terrace and a view across the Bilbao estuary, located a few metres from the Guggenheim Museum. Its great layout, size and décor make this apartment a perfect choice from amongst our range of apartments.

Utmost care has been placed on every detail of the apartment's interior design offering guests quality, taste and style.
The apartment has a large 140sqm terrace where guests will be able to enjoy unbelievable views of the city of Bilbao. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed so the apartment can sleep a total of 4 guests.
The designer kitchen is open plan, adjacent to the dining-room area, and is fantastically equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, vitro-ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, and all the small appliances that you might need.
The bedroom is furnished with a double King-size bed and is large and elegant. You will also find an excellent work desk to serve as a study area if needed.
The apartment is wholly outward facing, offering guests abundant light in all rooms, and the windows are fitted with "climalit" glass for a noise-proof stay and protection from temperature changes.

Deusto
The Deusto neighborhood is one of the largest and most populated neighborhoods of the city. It is a neighborhood that maintains its strong personality and identity. In fact, it is not uncommon to the people from the diditrict say “We are going to Bilbao” when crossing the bridge that connects to the Ensanche neighborhood.
The Deusto University, the neighboring colleges and the language school make Deusto a university neighborhood that welcomes thousands of students on a daily basis. The student atmosphere gives a lot of life to the area with it Gyms, Sports facilities, cinemas, etc.
The businesses of Deusto are mostly small traditional businesses. The main streets are Lehendakari Aguirre, Avenida Madriaga and Blas Otero. The Deusto neighborhood is also well known for the poteo ( going out for beer and wine) with the numerous amounts of bars and restaurants that serve exquisite pintxos and boast a great atmosphere.
There is a beautiful walk that goes through the Botica Vieja Park, next to the Bilbao River that leads to the Old Town of Bilbao. Furthermore, the neighborhood has good public transportation with the metro and several bus lines. Deusto is a neighborhood that never disappoints thanks to the energy, the student life and quality of life it has to offer.

Amazing view and great host, Macarena, who was most helpful, friendly and accomodating. Fantastic bed & great shower! Lovely welcome pack and various food items in store cupboard. Apartment was spacious and the terrace was equally large. Placed between the city centre and old town which is fab position. The price reflects the view! Superb! Please forward our utmost gratitude to Marcerena. She was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay.
The apartment was very homely with some aspects of good finish. It is looking slightly tired in places (plant pots on terrace, paintwork, dining chairs, some repairs to wall in bedroom poor finish etc). However, Macarena's warm and friendly welcome and ongoing support outweighted any of these slights... . . which are that.

Das Apartment liegt phantastisch zum Guggenheim Museum und sehr gut zur Innen- und zur Altstadt. Das Apartment hat einen gute Raumaufteilung und ein rech5 neues Bad. Die Vermietrein war ausgesprochen nett und hilfreich. Die Terasse mit Blick auf das Guggenheim ist grandios. Das Haus ist allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
