The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets, and there are also plenty of cafés and bars. From the apartment, guests can look upon a great view of Port Vell. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.

This superb apartment was completely refurbished in 2004 and with 60m2 it is a very spacious one bedroom apartment that can easily rival the five star hotels of Barcelona for quality, high standard, location and price.

The building itself has been superbly remodelled and styled, using only the best fittings and furnishings, assuring a great apartment and an ideal choice for your visit to Barcelona. The apartment is one of two, (the other is Cervantes II) that are side by side, both of them can be rented separately, or together, by a group of between four-six.

The building features security card access, and this wonderfully decorated apartment has a clean, modern and tasteful look, starting in the dining/living room area, where the guest is welcome to sit back and relax and enjoy some quiet time. The comfortable sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for the 3rd and 4th guest. The apartment has a large and spacious double bedroom with an American kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes with space for all the guest's belongings.

The apartment comes with AC/Heat which can be accessed by remote control.

The bathroom is as stylish and elegant in style as the rest of the apartment. It comes with a fantastic power shower that has mosaic tiles and the look of the whole bathroom is understated elegance. The bathroom comes with fresh towels ready for your use upon arrival.

The corridor of the apartment, which boasts colourful modern canvases, leads to the living/dining room and the state of the art kitchen, which also has a breakfast bar of solid grey stone. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all the mod cons, to ensure a hassle free stay. This room is also ergonomically designed and blends in with the rest of this luxury apartment.

The main lounge has a large four seater sofa, satellite TV, DVD and large french windows leading on to the small balcony which has amazing views over the port. There is also ADSL wireless internet connection available in the apartment.
