The Paseo de Gracia is a gorgeous two bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a builidng WITH elevator, a real treat in Barcelona...; this building is completely new and modern and the apartment is amazing!!
This fantastic apartment has wonderful hardwood floor throughout the aparment; the lovely white furniture and tasteful decoration give the Paseo de Gracia a wonderfully modern sleek look... it has been refurbished to the highest of standards and this is very apparent as you walk in ....
The living room comes with a great L-shaped sofa for the guest to truly sit back in and relax; TV, DVD, all the appliances are top notch making this an extremely luxurious "pad"...
The main bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space, the clean elegant look has been maintained in all areas of the apartment and the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen do not disappoint.. the second bedroom comes with another double bed and this room could also be used as an office area should it the guest be visiting Barcelona for business reasons...
This apartment comes with two full bathrooms, both with large showers and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival..
