The area surrounding the aparmtent;

As mentioned above, this great aparmtent is located betweem Via Agusta and la Diagonal; not far from this apartment is the very well known and rather grandiose Plaza Francesc Maciá and close to the large department store el Corte Ingles...

Literally 200m from the apartment the guest will be able to visit and wander through the rather magnificent fresh produce market, called Mercat Galvany; here the guests will be able to purchase anything they might need.... also within a 5-10 minute from the apartment the guest can enjoy the very beautiful park, known as Turó Parc... the area also enjoys plenty of local amenities such as cafes, bars, restaurants and all kinds of stores.. the guest will not need for anything...

Approximately 5-7 minute walk from the apartment the guest can avail of the quick and rather efficient ferrocaril (underground) trains that will take the guest downtown in a matter of minutes to the main plaza in Barcelona, this is called Plaza Cataluña.. from here the guest can easily make their way to Las Ramblas where street entertainers and another world famous market, La Boqueria, will take up many an hour....

From here the guest can easily make their way to other areas of interest such as the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral, the old Port Vell, El Born and Barceloneta to name but a few.....

The Apartment;

This lovely apartment has a modern look and feel to it; the two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is spread over approximately 100m2 which makes this a nice and spacious choice for your visit to Barcelona...

The Molina apartment has a two terraces, combined they span over 170m2... undeniably great feature in our warmer months of the year...

This apartment has plenty of natural light coming in from the french doors that lead from the terrace into the kitchen; the kitchen is modern and fully equipped so guests staying here can prepare meals if they wish to.. the kitchen is open style and leads onto the living/dining room where guests can sit back and enjoy the use of the TV, DVD and can also access wireless Internet to send their "wish you were here...." e-mails...

Two full bathrooms, one with a shower only, sink, WC and hte second full bathroom comes with a bath/shower unit, sink, WC, etc... there is also a courteys bathroom with just a sink and WC....
