The Feria apartment is located at about a 10-15 minute walk from La Rambla making this apartment a great choice as it offers a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle and still has the centre of town within easy reach.....

The area is known as Montjuic/Poble sec and Montjuic itself has many attractions from the Olympic swimming pool, historical fort along with an educational/musical park for younger children.... Cactus and botanical gardens, nice fountains, national museum of Art for Cataluña, to name but a few....

Not far from this apartment is the FIRA conference centre which hosts a range of large conferences throughout the year such as Bread and Butter, GSM conference, etc...

The guest staying at this apartment can also make their way directly to La Rambla from the apartment along the Nou de la Rambla, from here a short walk in various directions can take you to Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia, Portal del Angel, Portaferrisa, El Borne, etc..... lots of shopping to do as well as fantastic sightseeing ......

The Apartment

This one bedroom apartment is modern, uncomplicated and welcoming and has the advantage of a large terrace.

The living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed for the 3rd and 4th guests. Here you can avail of a TV, DVD and stereo which you can enjoy before going out to explore the city. The modern dining table and chairs which will comfortably seat four should you choose not to sample one of the fantastic restaurants on offer. From the living room you have access to a large terrace where you can enjoy al-fresco meals and take advantage of the wonderful climate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.

The fresh and bright bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe space for all of your belongings.

The clean and modern bathroom comes with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Fresh towels and linens are available for use on your arrival.
