The Romanticism V apartment is located about a 10 mintues metro ride from Barcelona's old city centre. It is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach itself and is a great choice for your visit to Barcelona....
The communal grounds of these apartments are really wonderful. There is a large designed swimming pool for the use of the residents only, as well as beautifully tended lawns, paddle court, play parks for the younger children and also a park with huge slides for older kids.
Also, there is a brand new, large commercial centre at a 5 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.
The apartment:
The Romanticism V apartment is located in a brand new modern building, built in 2004. The apartment has a large terrace leading out from the living room. The building itself has a private swimming pool and paddle court which is for the use of guests of the building only. There is a concerige during business hours and a high tech security camera system in place.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom with a full bath and shower unit. This apartment also has large amounts of natural light coming through the large wall to wall windows facing the communal grounds, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing.
The Romanticism V apartment has all the regular entertainment center gadgets like TV, DVD and stereo along with washing machine, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, sandwich maker, hairdryer.
