This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection of the various units. The apartments may vary slightly in the layout or décor but the features are the same. Your specific apartment will be allocated on arrival.



A lovely duplex apartment in a quiet area of Barcelona. On the Lower level, you will find the living area with direct access to a terrace and from there the community swimming pool. There is a dining table and chairs for indoor dining, however, the Mediterranean climate guarantees many nights of al-fresco dining.

The fully fitted kitchen, with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, is also on this level.

The three bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms come with two single beds each. There is ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

The bathrooms all come with bath/shower and fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Air-conditioning and heating ensure your comfort no matter the season.

Perfect for a business or leisure stay in Barcelona.

    Appartement très bien situe, fonctionnel, confortable et sécuritaire dans un lieu calme. Tres facile de se rendre a pied a Gracia. Plusieurs marchés très pittoresques dans les alentours. Métro et plusieurs lignes d'autobus juste à côté. Bien équipé dans la cuisine: cafetière à expresso, presse-jus, beaucoup de casseroles. Electro-ménagers neufs et qui fonctionnent bien.
