In the area of Gracia, and 10 minutes from one of Gaudi's famous masterpieces - Park Guell which has some of the most spectacular views of Barcelona with wonderful architecture, creativity and is a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential street, but within moments of meandering streets, plazas, restaurants and bars. You are also only a few metro stops from Barcelona center.

The Apartment:
A modern and comfortable duplex in a building of six, all beautifully designed with comfort in mind. On entering you will find yourself in a bright and spacious kitchen/dining area. The dining area is very bright and sunny due to the floor to ceiling windows which allow you to enjoy the magnificent Mediterranean light.
The fully fitted kitchen provides you with everything you could need for a pleasant stay.
Going down 1 step, you will find yourself in the living area. Complete with flat screen TV, DVD and comfortable sofa - which converts into a double bed for the 7th and 8th guests. The floor to ceiling french doors allow the sunlight to flood in and also gives access to an outdoor area which comes complete with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
Also on this floor, you will find the master bedroom which comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. This bedroom also has access to the terrace.
You will also find a full bathroom complete with bath/shower.
An open plan staircase leads from the living room to the upstairs area where you will find 2 bedrooms - 1 with twin beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms come with wardrobe space.
Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.
