This exclusive duplex penthouse is situated on the 16th floor of a complex with swimming pools, childrens play area, gym (on request) and 24hr security.
The living area is open plan with floor to ceiling windows and features a large open fireplace and comfortable leather sofas, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and stereo.
The dining area has views onto the terrace and beyond...there are two terraces, the first is private and accessible from the living/dining area and from the kitchen. This terrace has a dining area which is perfect for al-fresco dining or for sitting back and enjoying the view. There is an additional rooftop terrace on the 17th floor also complete with dining table and chairs.
There are two en-suite master bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage facilities. The remaining two bedrooms also have double beds and ample wardrobe space. Additonal beds will be provided for the 9th and 10th guests.
The three full bathrooms are finished in marble and two of the bathrooms are complete with hydro-massage settings. Fresh towels are provided for your arrival.
The kitchen is modern and totally equipped with all kitchenware and appliances.
