Located 20 metres from Passeig de Gracia, this apartment offers the guest the best of both worlds; close enough to Plaza Cataluña and La Ramblas that the guest can amble their way down to enjoy such wonderful experiences as La Boqueria market, El Born or the Gothic Quarter, and as you walk out of the apartment buiding the guest can enjoy the huge shopping mecca Paseo de Gracia and all that la Diagonal has to offer...

This luxurious and elegant apartment is on the first floor with access to a terrace/garden at the rear of the apartment.
From the comfort and style which you will find in every room of this beautiful apartment to the high quality of the fixtures and fittings, you will not be disappointed.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after visiting the joys that Barcelona has to offer. The top of the range kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals.
There are 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms each with comfortable double beds, ample wardrobe space and flat screen televisions. Two of these bathrooms are en-suite and the remaining guests have use of an additional bathroom in the hallway. Each bathroom is elegant and modern and comes complete with fresh towels.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet.
From the living area, guests have access to a wonderful terrace - a unique surprise in the center of Barcelona. This terrace is shared with guests from our other apartment the Batllo II.
For larger groups or families who want to travel together, there are also two en-suite bedrooms at the end of the terrace. These bedrooms can only be rented in conjunction with one of the Batllo apartments. Please consult regarding availability.
To ensure the maximum in comfort and luxury, guests can request the services of a beautician who can provide hairdressing, make-up, manicure-pedicure services. A masseur who can provide many types of holistic massage. You can also ask the owners to provide a pick-up service from/to the airport.
