This beautiful apartment in the heart of the Villa Olímpica is extremely convenient as the visitor is close to the Nova Icaria beach (300 meters) and yet within walking distance to the Old Town of Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, El Borne and the famous La Rambla.

The Icaria apartment is located in a modern building in the Villa Olympic which has a beautiful promenade which is nice for leisurely strolls at any time of the day but even more so in the evening. This is a very lively neighborhood with lots of trendy restaurants and bars and the atmosphere is alive and palpable!
At a 200 meters' walk from apartment you will find the Vila's shopping centre, which houses the 15 screen Icaria cinema (all movies are shown in original version) as well as many restuarants, shops, supermarkets and pretty much anything you may need.
This modern apartment has a very bright and spacious living/dining room furnished with leather recliner sofas - ideal to kick back after a long day of sightseeing. You will find a TV, DVD and hi-fi in this area for your relaxation. The glass dining table and chairs will comfortable seat eight for any meals you choose to have at home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. The second bedroom comes with a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds, one of which stores under the other when not in use to provide more space. All of the bedrooms come with wardrobe space.
The kitchen has all the mod cons that you would expect of an apartment of this quality in order to make your stay as hassle free as possible.
From the building, guests have access to the communal garden area which is completely enclosed - perfect if you are coming with children.
