The apartment
The Pelayo II apartment has been recently renovated to provide a bright and comfortable space from where to plan all your excursions around Barcelona.

The living/dining area comes with a comfortable sofa and armchairs where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. The TV and DVD provides some entertainment... The dining table will comfortably seat 3 and you also have the breakfast bar for quick snacks. The fully equipped kitchen ensures that you have a hassle free stay. An additional single fold-away bed will be provided for the third guest. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space for all of your belongings.

The bathroom comes equipped with shower unit and fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

The apartment comes with A/C, heating and wireless internet.

The perfect choice for a couple or some friends coming to Barcelona.

Location.  The apartment itself and is just like shown in the internet.Very well equipped and with nice details like the safe, the electronic keys or the product for the dishwasher.Very quiet building.

The apartment is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Also everything meets our expectation: the apartment is unlike some accomodation which frustrated customers because of the difference between the online description (/photo) and the real thing. We found that everything matchs the online description on friendly rental website.  Also the lighting of the apartment is bright and nice  In addition, the location is convenient.
