This lovely studio apartment is in the very heart of Barcelona, only a few steps from Plaza Catalunya.

Guests staying in this apartment have the luxury of being within walking distance of the Gothic area and all the sights that this area has to offer.

The apartment:
The Pelayo I studio has been recently renovated to provide a bright and comfortable space from where to plan all your excursions around Barcelona.

The apartment has been cleverly designed to maximise space. The living/dining/kitchen area has a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. The TV and DVD provides some entertainment... The dining table will comfortably seat both guests and the fully equipped kitchen ensures that you have a hassle free stay.
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a half-wall and from here you have access to the bathroom which comes with bath/shower. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

The apartment comes with A/C and wireless internet.

The perfect choice for any couple coming to Barcelona.

The appartement is very centrl and even if it is a studio there is a separation between the bderoom and dining room /kitchen. The bathroom is very convenient as well

Good and safe building. The area around the appartment was great and with everything nearby. Excellent service from the guy who met us when checking in. He proposed to meet us at the busstation (good service).

The apartment is very good and very well located. Although it's in an old building, it has all modern facilities and equipments. It's near Plaza Catalunya and you'll find every kind of stores around the corner. I recomend it and will stay there again when in Barcelona!

The location was superb. Also double glazing windows did not let much street noise in.Good value for money, was very clean and well maintained. The air con was very good.
