The Olivia apartment is located in a newly constructed modern building. The apartment has a private terrace where you can enjoy sea views and views of the park in front. In the private grounds, the guests are free to use the swimming pool and garden area which are for the exclusive use of residents of the building.

This bright and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a double bed and comes with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and elegant with bath and separate shower. You also have use of a walk in dressing room where you can store all of your belongings.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have french doors which open onto the large terrace. The second bathroom is also very stylish and comes with a walk-in shower.

The living/dining room has a full wall of floor to ceiling windows which open up onto the terrace. This ensures that the apartment is full of natural light and is the perfect area to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. In this area you will find a TV and DVD, a comfortable sofa which converts into a comfortable bed for the fifth and sixth guests. There is also a dining table which will seat 6 comfortably, but you have the added option of eating al-fresco on the large terrace.
