This newly renovated apartment is perfect for clients who want to be in the heart of the Gothic area of Barcelona
Situated in a beautifully renovated building which offers easy access to restaurants and many points of interest in the center of Barcelona.
The Apartment:
This lovely four bedroom apartment is on the third floor of a beautifully restored building with elevator.
The living-dining area has a comfortable sofa which is the perfect spot to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The television has satelitte channels and the apartment has cable internet connection.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third and fourth bedrooms eah have a single bed. Each bedroom has wardrobe space for your belongings.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need for a hassle free stay including, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine...
There are two complete bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with a shower unit. Fresh towels and linens are available for use on arrival.
Whether in Barcelona for business or pleasure, the Gothic Attic apartment is ideally situated.

Born
El Born is one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona and has become even more so over the last few years, combining a perfect balance between historical treasures, culture and “coolness”; an area very much sought after by the locals as well as the visitors. This area also boasts some of the highest property prices in the city …. This wonderful neighbourhood is full of many great bars, cafes, restaurants and is especially great for one of a kind boutiques as well as other, very well known clothing brands, such as Custo. The Born area is in such a great location, close to the Old Port and the beach, it’s surrounded by all the other cool and interesting places in Barcelona such as Barrio Gotico, Barceloneta, Old Port and Via Laietana. The Park Ciutadella is also a quick 5 minute walk from this area, perfect for a long stroll after a lovely lunch in one of the many terraces the Born has to offer.
A main feature of this great area is the wonderful basilica Santa Maria del Mar, right in front of this magnificent landmark, Barcelona’s guests can enjoy tapas and wine and watch the world go by…Other spots not to miss include Paseo del Born which is full of great bars and makes this area a lively night spot; not far from here is the Picasso museum….. The Born also has it’s own market, Santa Catarina with it’s funky, bright coloured roof. And finally not to be forgotten is the fantastic Palau de la Musica, which is possibly the most dazzling work of modernist architecture present in Barcelona….

Location was great. The apartment was perfect for five....quiet and very well set up. Very friendly staff. Made our time in Barcelona even better than expected.
Everything was very well done....no complaints at all. I will book here again next time I am in Barcelona with a group.

Located in the vibrant, lively and beautiful area of Born (next to Jaume 1 metro station), the apartment was extremely quiet and spacious - the perfect place to relax after exploring Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and cool with air-conditioning in the hallway and in individual bedrooms. The bedrooms were a very decent size with good storage available. The little terrace was ideal for sitting outside, reading and enjoying breakfast and drinks.

Location, cleanliness, modern.
Washing machine did not work but the contact folks helped us work around the issue by giving us extra towels and offering to help us wash at their unit if needed. Mar, Marie-Carmen, and another gentleman who's name I don't remember, were all very kind and helpful. We will recommend this unit to friends and if we ever visit again we will definitely try to use the same facility. Thank you
