This newly renovated apartment is perfect for clients who want to be in the heart of the Gothic area of Barcelona

Situated in a beautifully renovated building which offers easy access to restaurants and many points of interest in the center of Barcelona.

The Apartment:

This lovely three bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a beautifully restored building with elevator.

The living-dining area has a comfortable sofa which is the perfect spot to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The television has satelitte channels and the apartment has cable internet connection.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a single bed. Each bedroom has wardrobe space for your belongings.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need for a hassle free stay including, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine...

The bathroom comes complete with bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. Fresh towels and linens are available for use on arrival.

My husband and son stayed in this apartment. I am writing this as he will never get round to it. I found this on the site and he told me that it was perfectly located. They had a great stay. Check in was great, they arrived at midday but were able to leave their luggage at the office which was greatly appreciated as they were able to go off and wander without dragging a heavy bag around. All in all a good stay and would return, possibly to a larger apartment but definately with friendly rentals again. Thankyou.

The neighborhood was terrific and the apartment was well designed although compact. I would stay again given the opportunity.

The location of the apartment was perfect. The Apartment was clean and the building was very secure. I would rent this unit again.

The location was fantastic! Close to the metro, the Picasso Museum, everything that Barcelona has to offer. The management was very helpful and accommodating (they even called us an early cab to the airport). Also, although it was on a noisy street, when the windows were closed they blocked out everything. Loved every minute of it!
Honestly, can't think of a thing- overall a wonderful experience!
