The Apartment.

The Bulevard Attic II apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located on the top floor of a building with elevtor. The apartment is in one of the many beautifully preserved buildings with doorman that you still find on this elegant boulevard. It has been completely renovated to a high standard to ensure every comfort for guests.

The apartment comes with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom comes with two single beds. Both of the bedrooms are at the back of the building which is extremely quiet and both have direct access to one of the great terraces.

The bathroom comes complete with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Fresh towels are provided for your use on arrival.

The living/dining area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed for the 5th and 6th guests. There is also a TV and DVD for an evening in. The dining table has 6 chairs, but during the long summer months there is another table and chairs on the terrace for eating al fresco or for simply enjoying a nice bottle of local wine with some Spanish tapas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons necessary to make your trip a stress free one-microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...

Whether you are in Barcelona for business or on holiday, the Bulevard apartment will make the perfect base.
