This superior apartment is situated in an area called Diagonal Mar located to the northeast of the old city, about ten minutes away on the metro. Also located here was the main campus for the Forum 2004 convention.

The area surrounding the apartment:

The Cubism II apartment is located about eight to ten minutes on the metro from Barcelona's old city centre. It is a short five minutes' walk from the beach itself. Also located in this area was the convention center for the Forum 2004.

The communal grounds of these apartments are really wonderful. There are two large outdoor swimming pools for the use of the residents only, as well as beautifully tended lawns, two paddle courts, play parks for the younger children and also a park with huge slides for older kids.

There is a brand new, large commercial centre at a five minutes' walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is close by!

The apartment:

The Cubism II apartment, like the Cubism I, Impressionism and Expressionism apartments, is located in a brand new building, built in 2004. Even though this is a very safe and quiet area there is a concierge during business hours and a high tech security camera system in place. The apartment has a large 15m2 terrace leading out from the living room that surrounds the entire apartment. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals on this terrace with outdoor table and seating as well as views down onto the swimming pool area.

The apartment can accommodate up to six people with double queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, twin single beds in the second bedroom and a double pullout sofa-bed in the living room. Each apartment has two bathrooms, one with full bath and shower unit, and the other with a shower unit only. All of these apartments have large amounts of natural light coming through the large wall to wall windows facing the swimming pool, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for lounging around until you are ready for your adventure around the busy gothic quarter.

The Cubism II apartment has all the regular entertainment center gadgets like TV, DVD and stereo along with washing machine, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, sandwich maker and hairdryer. The dining room is accommodated in the large living room with seating for six people.
