Everything in the apartment was great! But mostly, I liked the terrace and the view. The location of the building was also great. Besides, the very friendly and nice welcome we found when we reached made us even feel more relaxed and comfortable. If I ever planned to come again to Barcelona, I would definitely book this apartment again.

L'appartement est clair et moderne (conforme aux photos). Il a une très jolie vue sur la Sagrada Familia au loin ainsi que la Torre Agbar (illuminée le soir). Il est idéalement placé pour visiter Barcelone à pied (les Ramblas, la cathédrale, le musée de la musique) ou bien en métro (station au pied de l'immeuble et proximité immédiate de la place de Catalogne, véritable noeud de communication). La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de las mejores zonas de Barcelona (Paseo de Gracia, el Barrio Gótico, Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña). Todo lo necesario está cerca (metro, supermercados, restaurantes. El Edificio buenisimo, impecable, los ascensores grandes y muy buena la atención de la sra encargada.  Y lo mejor de todo? ... el apartamento, simplemente espectacular!!!! nos sentimos como en casa. La lencería de primera, el equipamiento perfecto, la decoración agradable, la terraza la disfrutamos aún siendo invierno, las plantas naturales le daban vida a todo, la vista divina y el lavandero muy útil. We stayed in the apartment in late May 2010 and had a great time. The host made it extremely easy to check in and the apartment itself is amazing. The photos do not do the apartment justice. The balcony has great views and the living spaces are extremely well furnished.   We were 4 adults sharing the apartment and it never felt cramped.   The location is also fantastic. It is less than a 1/2 block to the subway and cabs were extremely easy to catch just outside the front door.  The apartment made us wish we had more than 4 nights for Barcelona - it was very hard to leave. I stayed at the Mahler Attic Apartment in Barcelona in January of 2010 with my aunt, uncle and adult friend. We were promptly greeted by Marcel who gave us a tour and helpful hints about the apartment. Pedro the doorman is very helpful and a truly delightful person, he made our stay quite welcoming. We also met a nice elderly lady named Conchita who lives on the first floor who told us to see her if we needed anything!   As the apartment is a three bedroom two bath unit, the accommodations were perfect. The elevator was a must as there were elderly people in our group. Additionally, the location could not be better as it is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to most sights. The metro stop is just a few steps away from the front door and taxis came by frequently, so transportation was easy. The apartment is a delight to be in, it is well furnished and it comes with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. There is a nice diner right next to the building and several grocery stores nearby. We cooked our own meals many times, used the clothes washer and the enjoyed the outdoor patio. It was so much nicer and more welcoming than any hotel stay.  The keys are somewhat tricky. We struggled to remove the building key from the front door, but learned from another resident that the key has to be flat to remove it. Also, the apartment door you must turn the key to the left and pull the door slightly to get it to open. Once we figured this out, it was smooth! Check out with Marcel was easy and Pedro even told us we were "exceptional people" and gave us a parting gift of some Cava.  I would rent this apartment again if I should ever return to Barcelona!   Alexandra Liberty Alexandra, United States 02 February 2010

We loved the Mahler apartment.Especially the location which was very central..... and the roof terrace which was not only attractive with all the plants and flowers but was ideal in the early morning and in the evening. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well furnished and Marcel was extremely helpful and charming. We would definately stay here again and recommend this apartment to our friends.
