A modern duplex apartment in Diagonal Mar near the beach with fantastic views over Barcelona!
This lovely apartment is in an area called Diagonal Mar located to the northeast of the old city about a 10 minute metro ride from the Gothic area. Also located here is one of Barcelona's largest convention centres, created especially for the Forum 2004 project...
The area surrounding the apartment:
The Tower V apartment is located about 10 mintues metro ride from Barcelona's old city centre. This area is relatively new and they have done a superb job, from the high quality finishes used in the construction to the surrounding areas, where you can find many local cafe/restaurants and bars and parks....
The area has a fresh and welcoming feel to it and with the excellent metro system the old part of town is extremely accessible, you are never far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Barcelona....
The beaches are about a 15 min walk from the apartment, they are really great beaches and a wonderful option on really hot summer days!!!!
Also, there is a brand new, large commercial centre at a 10 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.
The Apartment:
The building where the Tower V apartment is located, has recently been completed and it has a very modern look and feel and incorporates the latest in building safety. The apartment has A/C and heating throughout.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people comfortably, the bedrooms and bathrooms are in the upstairs section of the apartment with a double bed in the master bedroom which also comes with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds and ample wardrobe space for the guests belongings.
The Tower V apartment has two complete bathrooms, the en-suite has a full bath/shower combination, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower cabinet, toilet and washbasin. Both bathrooms come complete with fresh towels ready for use on arrival...There is a small guest toilet on the ground floor of the apartment.
The spacious and elegant living/dining room is a comfortable area in which to relax in after a busy day sightseeing or shopping and a great place for everyone to get together to plan their next excursion...it comes complete with TV and DVD to add to your experience...
